A few points our clients appreciate
- We are 100% upfront and transparent with our fees. For instance, we don't believe in charging tenants unfair fees for arranging the tenancy - our applicants pay only for the credit check and referencing and that's it. Furthermore for landlords this is an incentive for prospective tenants to choose their properties that we market.
- You will have one point of contact and will not be passed around the office to other people or departments; therefore you can expect a prompt, well informed response to any queries or issues that may arise. Any missed calls will be retuned in a timely manner.
- We will be available at times that suit you to best serve your needs. We are open Monday - Saturday from 08.30 untill 18.30 but we are readily available in the evenings and weekends via email and telephone (no call centre here).
